As a parent of an 11 year old who loves playing video games I dont know why I didnt invest in this sooner. Literally the best ever, the price is great and it does the job. I havent heard mommy can you get me some batteries in weeks and I love it.

Bought two of these charger sets (one for my son and one for myself) and after charging the batteries over night, none of the batteries powered our controllers. We have XBox Series Xs and we are both using the X/S controllers from Microsoft. I wasnt sure if we received 2 bad sets or 2 wrong sets or something. Either way, I tried the batteries in seemingly every direction and they would not power the controllers. But I finally figured it out.

Im very disappointed that its product did damage to my 65.00 xbox controller and its leaking acids after 14 days of used. That not right to do this damage to customers product and leaking acids my controller get so hot almost burn my hand.
