> 3 dayYou dont actually need to activator. The activator just dries out the solvent in the glue faster. It really is a great product. Slightly superior to number two TiteBond three. Both are excellent I think this one which is an epoxy would be better for outdoor applications but I assure you both are excellent glues!!

22-11-2024I have the FastCap glue assortment kit, the thick adhesive seems to dry out within a six month period and much faster than the other viscosity glues. Works really well and is one of my favorite glues. I like the thick adhesive because it stays where you put it without making a mess.

> 3 dayThis is my second bottle purchased in the last two years. I love this stuff. I use it with the spray that speeds up the drying time and hardens the glue very fast. Great company to contact. They Sent me a set of extra caps for free when mine clogged. I would recommend buying the extra set of caps with your purchase. Cap has built in pin that keeps the tip clear. I still have a small amount left in the first bottle. I’m very happy that it Has not hardened in the bottle and I will get to use all of it.

> 3 dayIf you are a trim carpenter - buy it and the activator spray. It is a secret weapon in gluing trim together on the job instantly. I use it for hard to nail joints, blow outs, tiny repairs some miter joints, and anything else that is quickly repaired with super glue. The 2.25 oz container is A lot of super glue for the price and I prefer the thick over the other styles. I have found that I use it around the home for handyman glue ups as well.

> 3 dayGreat glue. Application is simple and clean. Its thick consistency does not run or drip. Combine this with the Fastcap activator you have the perfect combination. No more holding together what needs to be glued as the activator hardens the glue instantly. This makes life so easy.

Greater than one weekThis glue in combination with the same brand accelerant is great! the accelerant comes in a spray can with a straw/tube for pinpoint application. Competitor accelerants just whoosh out like hairspray all over everything. This is the glue part, and I will say it seems to adhere better than other CA glues I have tried.

> 3 dayExtremely strong adhesion on woods, non-flexible plastics, etc. A little goes a long way. Good long term adhesion to fabrics, but this is definitely not recommended, as itll crack and start to be sharp - its not bendy after curing. Good initial adhesion to leather, but its only useful on thick non-pliable leather, or leather being applied as a veneer to solid wood or plastic. Low to medium adhesion to metals, works best when the metal is sanded and cleaned. The activator reaction tends to discolor and weaken plastics over time, especially pla, so use with care and without activator, on plastic models, if you decide to use it (these are expected reactions and not really on a list of things to worry about, for marketed applications).

Greater than one weekworks great, holds well, I like that I can use with or without the activator for fast set or more time to assemble. I use it for trim work, the thick is best for me.
