The first thing that I notice with these is the texture of the plastic. It has a softer, almost rubber-like feel, with good grip, so your hands feel comfortable and arent slipping. The next thing is that the buttons have something inside of them that forces them back into the not-pressed position when you let up on the button. It feels almost like a spring, but softer. (It is actually some type of springy foam, so if it ever wears out you could replace it, Im sure.) In any case, you dont end up with stuck button presses (as I have seen with other grip options). These also have built-in pads to help grip the joy-cons. These arent just stuck to the surface, but actually are attached inside the device, so they wont fall off. This holds the joy-cons in VERY securely, so shaking them didnt dislodge a joy-con. At the same time, there is a nice place to press to remove the joy-con, and they remove easily when you do that. One negative is that the colors of the grips arent an exact color match to the joy-cons, though they are close enough that it doesnt matter. You can tell what they are supposed to be, and it is WAY better than a bunch of plain black grips. All in all, definitely worth the price. It is MUCH easier to use the joy-cons like this. My wrists and fingers are pleased. And so are my children. :)

I bought these specifically for playing Mario Kart with non-gamers. These are perfect and have helped people unfamiliar with the controllers hold them correctly. I enjoy using them too, they improve grip of the awkwardly shaped small switch controllers.

These are PERFECT. They are plastic but not slippery. Great choice of colors. We use them all the time.

Ill be honest: I wasnt expecting much when I ordered this. I only bought them because my Switch is used and didnt come with the clip-on wrist strap thingies. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I received these! They dont feel cheap at all. The plastic has a nice soft texture that is pleasant to the touch and the overall construction seems very sturdy. I have fairly big hands, and the tiny Joy-Cons are actually comfortable to hold with these grips. The color also matches the official Joy-Cons almost perfectly. They even included a variety of little grippy things that attach to the joysticks if you need them. There isnt a single con I can think of here and Im very happy with this purchase!

When playing for long times with just the JoyCons your hands begin to cramp up, with these grips it makes gameplays longer. The bright colors allow everyone to choose their favorite colors! And they are so bright you never lose them! And it came with extra silicone grips with matching neon colors

Fun for the kids, appreciate being able to buy grips based on joycon colors. Colors are close enough to the official Nintendo colors, and controllers can be inserted and removed without any issues.
