> 24 hourIf you truly want a quality home monitoring system, I would use ADT or another well known monitoring system. They will be more expensive than WYZE products and services, but you wont be sinking money into WYZE products that have to rely on inferior services/support. I have purchased approximately 35 different pieces of hardware from WYZE (including more than 10 cameras). I have also purchased yearly Cam Plus and yearly Home monitoring. I have contacted WYZE Support on several occasions (after thoroughly reviewing WYZE knowledge base and forums). For example, I have discussed in person, when the app would not allow me to assign cameras to Cam Plus. Cameras have been deleted and reset, still nothing works. I purchased the cameras new and they are not associated with any active trial. The app allows me to select the cameras for Cam Plus, however, the cameras are not actually assigned. When I revisit the app page, Cam Plus shows the cameras can be selected again (selections do not remain). Working personally with WYZE Support via phone and performing delete/reset tasks, the app states there is a license issue (most likely because the cameras were associated with a trial license at one point in time, well over 2 years ago). First line Wyze Support has me create logs and states they are forwarding issues to the engineers. They also say I will be contacted within a week and the problem will be resolved. * I have performed the above tasks at least 3 times within the last year. * I have never heard from the engineers or been provided with a solution.
