If you make the large fish then you cant make the other 4 designs. These are seriously addicting. Would be cool to add books for these with different colors and designs to create. How about 3D!

These are awesome! My 9-year old son loved putting them together and so did I. You can either make the parrot or the rocket, hot air balloon, bird and plane. The pieces are small. I’d say they aren’t super easy to put together but aren’t super hard either... somewhere in the middle. You can build over the color grid picture or without it for more of a challenge. My son loves perler beads, which reminded me of these except you don’t have to iron the Jixelz. The other difference is they aren’t permanently put together, so you take it apart and make something else. I liked that unlike a normal puzzle you can pick these up to move them off of the table when it’s time to eat. He can pick them up & play with them too.

Much, much smaller than I anticipated, but my students love them on rainy day recess days!

Was great for 6 yr old gkid but she kind of like finished her projects in less than an hour. Did not catch the attention of her 4 yr sister who went to chase butterflies and bother the cat. Good toy but not too intellectual.

These things are amazing!!! My kids love them!!! Hours of entertainment!!!

My kids and I enjoyed the Jixelz and they are well made. The catch is that they strongly imply on the packaging and on the product description that you can make ALL four of the smaller designs Or the larger one. You can only make 2 smaller designs at a time. We asked Fat Brain toys about it to make sure we were not just missing pieces and they confirmed that you only get enough pieces to make 2 of the smaller designs at a time. It really bothers me when companies use deceptive packaging or advertisement. My 2nd graders love these puzzles!!!

My kids love to create and play with those beads you iron to melt together so I thought this would be a fun alternative. This one is waaaaay better because there is a actual size pattern included and if you knock it over it stays together, unlike those beads. I will buy more!!

Love the idea. My 42-year-old mentally handicapped daughter is having fun with it, but it was missing the purple beads which was very disappointing for her. I tried to find a place where I could buy just the pieces - But apparently it is not possible
