I used this to embroider designs on for a small purse I made. It held the stitches well and looks a lot like real leather.

This review is for the Faux Leather Sheets Rolls Solid Color 12X53 Large Size by KASEELA. Allow me to state upfront that my family has a lot of experience working with various faux leather sheets to make several DIY items such as wallets, key chains, bows, earrings, etc. We have a very good understanding of what works well for these types of items, what doesnt work well, and we have made a lot of them. With that being said, this particular set of faux leather sheets are not good for those purposes. It is too thin, and frankly is the thinnest set of sheets we have seen in a long time. They are too thin to hold the shape of the final cutout and resulting item, and not as durable as the typical thicker faux leather sheets we work with. It has more of thick paper feel as opposed to the faux leather sheet thickness we normally work with for the types of items I mentioned above. They would work well for applique purposes, but not anything else substantial where more material stiffness is needed. It has been a long time since we have been disappointed with faux leather sheets, but this is definitely one of those times. I suggest taking a hard pass on these and looking for other options if you want to do more than use them for appliqueing.

I got this mainly to use with my laser engraver, but I keep getting more and more ideas of stuff to do with it. I plan to use more of it to line some shelves in my walk-in closet to place my wallet, keys, watches, etc on. $11 for almost 4.5 feet of faux leather is a great deal, and most hobby stores dont even offer that kind of value. Obviously it does not smell like real leather, but that is why it is only $11! Very good product priced very fairly.

This faux leather has a nice feel and texture on the leather side with a felt like opposite side. The material feels like it would be easy to work with thanks to its thin nature but feels almost stretchy which would make for great pouches or some clothing. The only downside is there is a strong smell coming from the material that should come out with some light cleaning.

I ordered this for a purse strap I needed to redo on a purse and it worked out pretty well. it was easy to cut with fabric scissors and easy to mold around the tubing of the purse strap. Easy to sew on a regular sewing machine and thick canvas setting.

Has a rubber feel texture on front side and cotton backing. A pretty color Robins egg blue. Has no defects on the surface.

Ive already got some projects in mind for this. It will add a pop of color.

It’s a decent quality faux leather, but there isn’t much fabric to the roll. Still, if you’re doing small projects, it works well and looks great.

A little thinner than the standard faux leather/vinyl I typically use, but will still work for my projects. It has a nice feel and the backing is the soft cotton backing.

I really like this Faux leather it has a lovely texture and the color is deep and beautiful. This has really impressed me, it looks and feels like real leather. I love the intense purple color, I chose this to make some costumes for my dogs and I think this will work well. It has a bit of flexibility which should make it easier to work with and more comfortable to wear for my dogs. I like the texture it really has the look of real leather, I tried to capture that in the pic. Definitely a great choice for crafting. Its also a nice-sized piece, about a third of a yard with a decent length at 53 inches. I love it.
