Vine Customer Review of Free Product This red faux leather has a rich neutral red color and leather-like texture. The backing is a textured fabric in a cream color, which aids in smooth stitching. I create purses and tote bags and will be using this on my spring/summer pieces. I plan to purchase additional colors and definitely recommend this product.

My wife wanted to make leather-like items that she could embroidery on. Leather would be too thick for her machine, so she needed something thin. This works perfectly. The faux leather came in a roll with no creases. The red color is a little off in the ad. I took my pictures outside in natural light and the color is much more accurate. There was no odor. I would not mistake this for real leather at all, but for my wife’s crafting needs, this is better than leather.

I used this to embroider designs on for a small purse I made. It held the stitches well and looks a lot like real leather.

The color of this PU leather is absolutely spot on. Its exactly the same turquoise that the product images show on my computer monitor. Its not really Tiffany blue, but neither are the product images. Its slightly deeper than Tiffany blue. But again, the images are true. I like the texture, the flexibility, and the weight of this piece. Im hoping it will work well for a certain project Im working on. But if it doesnt, that wont be the fault of the material. It is exactly as advertised.

I am making a utility bag for a new mother and this color is perfect - well matched to the screen on the offering. The faux leather cuts easily and is very easy to sew. I have done some embroidering on this material and it takes the stitching extremely well. Highly Recommend.

This faux leather has a nice feel and texture on the leather side with a felt like opposite side. The material feels like it would be easy to work with thanks to its thin nature but feels almost stretchy which would make for great pouches or some clothing. The only downside is there is a strong smell coming from the material that should come out with some light cleaning.

I got this mainly to use with my laser engraver, but I keep getting more and more ideas of stuff to do with it. I plan to use more of it to line some shelves in my walk-in closet to place my wallet, keys, watches, etc on. $11 for almost 4.5 feet of faux leather is a great deal, and most hobby stores dont even offer that kind of value. Obviously it does not smell like real leather, but that is why it is only $11! Very good product priced very fairly.

A little thinner than the standard faux leather/vinyl I typically use, but will still work for my projects. It has a nice feel and the backing is the soft cotton backing.

Smell was very strong upon opening! It feels and looks nice just be ready to air out the leather smell before using. Very strong odor

Has a rubber feel texture on front side and cotton backing. A pretty color Robins egg blue. Has no defects on the surface.
