I bought these for my husband and me since we spend most of our time on computers for work. I was having some symptoms from the blue light like headaches and blurred vision in my left eye. After buying these glasses I no longer feel the effects of the blue light. I absolutely love these glasses. My husband and I saw such a huge difference that we use them daily when we watch tv and use our phones. This was a great buy.
