Nothing gets into my drain with this wonderful strainer

This sink strainer is way better than the light mesh netted ones. The stainless steel gives it a little weight to fit perfectly on the drain and prevent food from going down, especially on the sides. It’s a great price for two!

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits great and it’s been a few months and haven’t rusted. Water goes down easily while doing the dishes and looks nice.

It’s weird these days, but this actually works the way that they say it does. I’ve used the cheap screens for a long time, and they clog easily and there’s always food under them (which defeats the whole purpose). However, with this one, it really does catch everything and the water still flows.

I almost feel silly leaving a review for a sink strainer, but this is very well designed, especially for something this inexpensive (I got 2 for $4.99 or something like that). The edges are beveled so it captures everything (stuff doesn’t go under the ring) and the strainer part is like a metal colander not a screen (like the strainer I was replacing) so it strays cleaner because it doesn’t trap gunk in the mesh.

Easier to clean than mesh

These catch EVERYTHING. They are heavyweight, so they dont lift up if you use high water pressure, and they are easy to clean. Ive bought 3 pairs (2 for others) and they cant be beat.

Works great for my kitchen sink.
