> 24 hourAsked a clerk for neatsfoot oil, the traditional organic and worthy leather conditioner and was sold this overpriced liquid that does not list the ingredients and if you search for them online you see it is a lot of chemicals that might be harmful if absorbed through one’s skin! I know that Fiebing used to market actual neatsfoot oil. Shameless.

> 24 hourThis is an awesome product! Label says it may darken some leather but IMHO, it just makes leather more beautiful. Here are before/after pics of some old belts on which I used this product. I like everything about this product and highly recommend it!

> 24 hourI didnt buy this stuff on Amazon. I stopped in a leather shop, one that sells leather jackets, tack and such, and they told me that the Smithsonian uses this stuff to clean and preserve leather. I have no idea if thats true, but i bought some, because i have lots of leather, most of my furniture is leather, coats, boots, etc. Just used it on two club chairs, one couch, a recliner and two other leather chairs. This is the best conditioner/restorer Ive ever used. I agree it does not darken the leather. My club chairs are stressed leather, toffee colored where the stress lines were pretty dried out and parched looking. This stuff renewed the leather and the stress lines are looking more like character lines rather than desert pavement. On my black leather chairs this stuff really moisturized the leather. No residue on any of the leather.

> 24 hourI have used a leather protector about 30 years ago on a recliner that we bought. We still have it. The conditioner we used then we could not find any more. Anyway, we shook Fiebing’s very well to the point that it had little bubbles coming out when we poured some into a foam bowl for applying with a sponge for a thin coat. We then wipe down the leather with a towel after 4 hours to get ready for a 2nd coat. This 4 way care apparently does not dry completely. After 12 hours of applying a 2nd coat it to our new love seat recliner, it was still tacky. We had to buff it dry and took some of the product with the towels. We never had that problem with the other stuff. I wish the instructions were MUCH better than the 5 sentences they have on the back of the bottle.
