Fieldbrook XLT Softside Upright Luggage, Red/Black, Carry-On 21-Inch

With this set of luggage, American Tourister gives new meaning to cheap and you get what you pay for. Fieldbrook set is probably fine for a car trip to Grand Mas but there is no way the lightweight and flimsy construction would hold up to the rigors of air travel. The shipping container it was shipped in was more sturdy and robust than the luggage. Paper-thin fabric, flimsy frame structure and closure zippers you wouldnt find on a cheap pair of jeans. Being returned to Amazon today.

Ive had American Tourister luggage in the past, but this set is clearly inferior in its quality. The retractable handle broke the first time I used it--I cannot get it to fully retract. Pretty much makes it useless.

Easy to load & maneuver.

I did not receive the wheeled duffel bag and I cannot get a hold of anybody to tell them that the wheeled duffel was not with the rest of the set. And I cannot return it because I received the purchase the day before I left and all I needed for my trip was the large luggage. I just returned home yesterday from my month-long trip and when I was putting things away I noticed that my set was not complete!

The product was received on time, and for the most part looked as described. There is plenty of room in the carry-on and the large suitcase. The reason for the three stars is because the duffel bag, there’s wheels on it, but no real way to pull it. It’s much too low maybe a child could pull it. The other thing is the pictures that I put on here shows the condition of the Carry-on the back handle was rusted and I just wonder how in the world it got in that condition. My husband said he could take care of it and make it look better, but he shouldn’t have to!

If you are using this luggage to travel on land, it’s perfect. If you are traveling by plane, this luggage isn’t durable at all. I flew once round trip, both direct flight and my luggage looks as if it’s made 5 trips instead of one.

Didn’t last one trip before zippers broke. Don’t waste your money
