Wish I had this meter 40 yeas ago. Thoughtful design with simple choices to use the various test modes, that were selected for ac maintenance and installation. The magnet on back is the cherry on top!

If you are entry level in the trades this is a great meter for you to purchase. All apprentices and starters would benefit from owning this multimeter. This works great for residential HVAC service and installation. Could even be used in a light commercial HVAC setting. The brand Fieldpiece, for me, is synonymous with good quality products. I have many other measuring devices manufactured by them, and will continue to use and purchase them due to the good quality. The value is there for Fieldpiece products as well. Not a cheap product but also not an overly expensive product. I tend to think right in the middle price point vs quality wise.
