Great replacement HEPA filter. Easy install.

I did not realize how much dirt and dust accumulated on the filter. When the red light started flashing, that was the indication to change the filter. It was not difficult to find out what filter you needed because everything is written on the machine itself. Once I got the filter (with extremely fast service), I opened the machine and there staring was a filthy filter. It was very easy to take out, and to place the new one in. What I did not know -was to hold the UV light for 5 seconds to reset the filter flashing light. Thankful to your survey email, your reminded me to do that. Now the machine is operating at optimum capacity. Thank you! I will replace my filter in 6 to 9 months, as instructed. Thank you so very much for a fine product for a reasonable amount.

These filters don’t do anything besides filter

I like the filters. For some reason my apartment collects not only dust but due to also being an old building, the air does not seem that great. As soon as I started using the air purifier with these filters, I could tell a big difference. I have asthma. This is huge thing for me especially when I am sleeping.

I can notice pretty quickly when the product is becoming ineffective because I start coughing from the dust in the air. I assume these things are supposed to last about a month, but it usually lasts about 20 days before this happens, I see all the dust clogging the filter and I need to get a new filter. With each filter costing $25 each, that gets expensive with each replacement. I really wish they lasted longer or were cheaper.

I’ve ordered this filter before so I knew it was a good product. This time my order only had one filter instead of the double pack I had ordered. Even though there was a space inside the box for a second filter, I made sure the box said 2 filters and went back to the description online. Then I contacted the seller and they said they were sorry and would get the second filter out to me. Great Product and Great Customer Service

Its amazing how much junk gets filtered out of thin air at my house! I rely on my Germ Guardian to keep my bedroom as free from allergens as possible, and I often bring it out to the kitchen if Ive been cooking onions! The red filter-change light comes on about the same time every year, and its super easy to search for the filter in my history and reorder. The new filter arrived in a day. I popped it in, hit the reset button and viola. I didnt realize I should replace it about every nine months instead of 12 and that I can vacuum it for better performance. Im going to see if I can do a subscribe and save on Amazon, so that itll just show up and I wont have to miss a day. This is 21st Century efficiency!
