Taste like regular salt. Its a small bag but I mean I dont have no complaints.

I mean it’s salt. But it tastes great. Wish it came in a larger container.

Wish I discovered this salt sooner for its trace minerals and health properties. Its easy to switch out the regular old table salt and use this in your food/cooking instead. It definitely tastes better as well. I mainly bought for my health. The salt is supposed to help your body with electrolytes and help absorb the minerals from the salt your body needs and also help you from peeing so much from drinking a lot of water. I dont drink enough water though to know if it makes a difference there. I use it by adding a small amount to my water and drink first thing in the morning as well as a small amount to my water as I drink throughout the day. Where I have noticed a big difference is in my eyes. I dont sleep well and it shows, where theyre not so bright, looked dull, and veiny. Im not exaggerating when I say its been years that I feel my eyes have looked like this. After a week or two of using this, they have become white again and feel brighter, even still with a lack of sleep and being very tired. I think it really does help and will continue to purchase and use this. Wont go back to regular salt again and am looking forward to its other health benefits over time. Highly recommend!!!

I take a large bottle of water to work and drink it. I’m constantly thirsty and I’m constantly drinking water. I needed to do something so I sent away for expensive mineral drops yes they worked but I needed something I could afford BUT WORKS I tried this I put a few sprinkles in my water before I go to work I’m no longer thirsty at work my bottle of water last my whole shift. My electrolytes are fine now. Very happy with my results & purchase.

The product was quickly received and the flavor is very good. No harmful chemicals, best so far.

I bought it for the benefits that the minerals have but I guess you can’t really say if it works or not, I’ll just trust it does haha
