This is a good one. I have had difficulty with accuracy on drug store bought odometers. This is a good product for someone who really needs to keep an eye on their oxygen levels and/or heart rate.

I have COVID twice and was able to use this to keep track of my blood oxygen level. The screen is super easy to read and it has always been accurate compared to my apple watch. I think for the price you cant really beat it!

I bought this because I am a lifeguard and we’ve had a few close calls recently and I like having one of these even for the moderate to serious calls. It’s perfect

Product is good but after 75 days or so it only lights up but it will not give you a readout of oxygen saturation or heart beat count. I do not know if this is normal but order two if you really need to monitor your oxygen levels.

Im updating my review. Perhaps it was the batteries that came with this device because after I swapped those out for brand new batteries, I stopped having the weird issues. After trying several different oximeters, Ive realized this one is actually fairly accurate. It also seems to handle movement better than other oximeters so its pretty handy for working out. However, sometimes it will still sit on the finger for long periods of time and refuse to provide any reading. Turning it off and back on a few times usually fixes the problem, but its still kind of annoying. Overall, its a pretty decent oximeter for the price. ----- Old review: Sometimes it sits on your finger for a long time and simply doesnt register anything at all. Then when it does register, it doesnt seem to be accurate. Ill take back to back O2 readings that vary wildly. 75 one reading, 100 the next, and then 95 the next. About threw me into a panic when I put this on my finger at it said 75. I also measured my heart rate with a much more expensive ekg while having this on my finger. The EKG reported 81bpm, and this device was telling me I was at 92bpm. I guess its cheap for a reason.
