> 3 dayThese are great mounts. I have installed two of them for 4 FireStiks w/ springs and the are solid and a great value. I would recommend.

Greater than one weekThis mount works great for general use. Its sturdy and after 6 months on my vehicle it still looks new. Its a little bulky so if you are concerned about aesthetics then you might want a different mount. But if you want an affordable, versatile, rugged mount then this should work for you.

> 3 dayUsing it on my 2009 Ford F150. Mounted it between the tailgate and the passenger side tail light. Fits perfectly and looks great. Initially ordered a 5 FireStik fiberglass antenna but later learned the mount is only rated for up to a 4 antenna. My fault - didnt read the description. 5 antenna did appear to put excessive flex in the mount at highway speeds. Waiting for a 4 FireStik antenna to arrive.

Greater than one weekThis is a great product. It is over-built in my opinion, but thats not a bad thing! It will be a very sturdy mount. I am using it to mount a 4 foot fiberglass antenna with a spring. It is going in the jamb of the tailgate.

> 3 dayI got this for my aluminum truck and mounted at the top of the bed in the tail gate area. Tailgate closes without interference. I wouldnt use a fat or heavy antenna while driving but it is fine for Hamsticks and Hustlers. While parked, I can mount heaver and longer antennas such as a 17 collapsible whip got 20M POTA.
