They came in & one was damaged , one didn’t work & the other one was fine but The packaging looked like someone stepped on it it was crushed up ,beating up .

Have ordered before and worked properly. This time, the first test the control line did not develop. Now the second test has frozen on the “in process” clock for over 10 minutes. I’ll try to use the last one, but overall product is defective.
