Use this product for making cards.

Not the same product I bought for years; recently noted the same change as other reviewers! I just put my second in yesterday. Been doing a lot of cutting for holiday cards, but it should have lasted longer than it did!

I normally use my guillotine cutter, but there are times I dont feel like dealing with a large tool. The cost of these are a little high but if its only once in awhile I cant complain. The convenience makes up for it.
