I purchased these scissors for a Birthday present for a keen needlewoman. She is delighted with them. Will be very useful for cutting a range of fabrics for curtains, cushion covers etc. I have a similar pair and know for myself how good they are. It always pays to buy a decent pair of scissors, they make a better cut and outlast any cheaper copies.

Very big, very robust, and thus probably justifies the relatively high price. Would recommend if you want quality over budget
