> 3 dayMy old orange handled Fiskars have gotten very dull over the years and wouldnt cut fabric so I bought a new pair. They work well, as expected. Ill be more careful and try to only use these for fabric and not everything else!

> 3 dayThese Fiskars 197060-1001 Petite Scissors are exactly what I expect from the iconic Fiskars brand. They cut fabric extremely easily. My 16-year-old granddaughter is only 5 9 tall with the accompanying small frame and hands. She is starting to learn sewing and these petite scissors are much easier for her small hands to use than the regular size Fiskars in my sewing kit. I didnt realize the comfort difference she would experience with petite handled scissors until I got these. They are enough smaller that I do not find them comfortable with my somewhat long-fingered hand. I recommend these scissors for anyone who has small hands. It is lovely to have quality Fiskars scissors in a specialized size. Enjoy!

21-11-2024I had purchased these to replace my old Fiskar Classic. Those were sturdy and a full 8. They could rip through any box I needed to open or break down. These new ones are 1/2 shorter (go figure), very light, has a recycled handle (no problem, except it isnt sturdy), and the scissors do not fully close. Of course, as with most items, they are now made in China (rather than Finland). Not only that, I have purchased 3 other various Fiskar models in the last 3 months and all 3 are very disappointing. I am debating a 4th, but fool me once...

Greater than one weekThese scissors are not easy to open and close. Do not buy! Now they won’t accept my return! I’ll buy scissors at a local retail store that work properly.

> 3 dayWritten by Douglas’ wife. My husband didn’t have good access to lefty scissors most of his life. He just thought he wasn’t good at cutting with scissors. It’s amazing what truths you can discover when you have the right tools. Every left handed person has the right to have lefty scissors. Mom’s, get your kids the correct scissors! Lefty grown ups, get yourself some lefty scissors. Fiscars is a good choice for cutting tools.
