This belt is easy to adjust, it fits perfectly and it does not get loose or fall off. It really helps if you got a sliding vertebrae or disc. I wear it when I have to stay a longer time for example when I’m working in the kitchen. I also wear it when I’m traveling and have to sit a long time in the car. It gives me the stability support that I need for my lower back. I would recommend not to wear it the entire day because you still need to activate your muscles by yourself. I do my daily exercises but this belt helps you to support your back when you start feeling exhausted. It is worth to try it and it is a good price and very good quality!

I threw out my back and needed some extra support while healing. This definitely helped my back feel well supported. Helped a lot for lessening my pain while sitting & getting up. Feels well made & good quality. Fits well & is very adjustable.

The belt is constructed well with strong Velcro. Provides proper back support, when I am doing something around the house or in my garage.

I purchased the Fit Geno Back Brace to help me support my back while laying sod. I hoped it would be of benefit. Boy was it! We laid 400sq ft of sod and my back survived the ordeal. Id highly recommend it!!

My 71 husband has had a bad back forever and has tried everything. A friend recommended this to him and it has really helped to relieve the pain. Hes gone to a Chiropractor, had maasages, gone to a pain management doctor, has red light laser therapy and what is really helping him is this brace! This is absolutely the best back brace Ive tried (its my 3rd one). It proved to me that you get what you pay for. This was a bit more expensive than the other two (not really that bad at all), but it does the job 100x better! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 with regards to pain relief is because there isnt a back brace in the world that could relieve most of my pain (God would have to do that); but this one sure helps a lot! Highly recommend this one!

The velcro seems to work very well without wearing out. I continuously throughout the day readjust the straps. Its breathable and sturdy, gives good support. I will say the sizing is on the small size. I have a 51 inch abdomen measured above my waistline as suggested. The brace recommended on the size chart was too small. There wasnt any material to overlap in order to fasten. All in all I like this one a lot. I would benefit from the brace being a little wider, but for the price it works great!

This brace was very nice and felt supportive, but wasnt what I needed for my problem. Had to return but will purchase again if I have a need for this kind.
