Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 Charging Cable, Official Product

Well My original cable has chosen not to show Up since three weeks sonI got this item. It looks like a nice original item and charges my fitbit as usual.

I take incredible care of all my products that I own & I never have any issues with anything that I own. However, this charging cable is poorly engineered. This is my 2nd one & it has officially broke after ~ 8 months. It isnt me, its the charging cable....the pins are engineered to break. I shouldnt need 2 charging cables in less than 2 years but with the Fitbit sense I do. They need to redesign their charging approach. I recommend finding a competitor smartwatch that has better a charging design that is less prone to failure. What a shame, because I do like Fitbits products, its just this charging approach is a bad engineering design. If you get a Fitbit sense, expect to regularly shell out $ for charging cables. This is not what any consumer deserves. FITBIT, STEP YOUR GAME UP!

At first this product worked great, however sometimes you did have to adjust a lil to make the correct connection for charging. I used it just over a month and one of the spring pins would not pop back out of the casing to make a charging connection.

Works as well as the one that came with the watch very happy with my purchase

Ive had several non-branded chargers for my Fitbit Versa and Sense. They have all worked well, until they didnt - typically anywhere from 3-6 months til failure. The problem stems from the magnetic contacts that inevitably lose their strength &/or the spring behind the contacts fail. Often the charging speed slows when the point of failure is approaching. The first thing I noticed with this charger is the contact is tight and strong - much more so than with others I have used. The charge speed also seems significantly faster. While the price of this one was $5-$9 more than the non-branded ones Ive tried, if it lasts longer than 3-6 months, its worth it.

The charger is great and works perfectly. I bought it for my Fitbit Versa 3 and it works like a charm! I have had no problems whatsoever.

I messed around with knock offs but should have just bought orig like this one. While you get two for less than one of these I almost replaced my watch thinking it was a goner. It used to take longer to charge with the cheap ones. Now I’m back to as good as new !!

It helps me stay ahead with charging, always hard to keep it going!

My last Fitbit charger went kaput, so ordered this one and it does a great job, charges quickly!

It brought my watch back to life.
