Everything worked as described but I needed to watch 4 different youtube videos to really understand the nuances of how to do it correctly. The glass screen did have a small bubble (size of a pencil eraser) near the edge which did not affect viewing but is a distraction.

I like the quality of the parts in the kit are excellent, and the included instruction book, using clear packing tape to keep all of the glass shards from going everywhere,and fixed my iPad 3.

Love the fact that everything comes with 3m tape already installed on parts and not separate that makes it more of a hassle to be installed and adds more steps for installation. The Touchscreen is nice. I had to purchase double sided tape because the preinstalled adhesive would not hold. The original adhesive was completely removed. .

Took about two hours. Slow work to remove the screen and clean up all the glue. Lots of glass shards. After that it was very quick. Included the plastic trim around the screen. Looks great after replacement. Works perfect. Follow up - Deduct one star for adhesive. Had to remove and install another double sided tape (one corner kept lifting). I had applied heat and then used small spring clamps to hold the screen in place for an hour. I would still buy from this seller again.

Screen fit perfect and works great. My daughter is very happy bc I changed the color from black to white makes it look much better. Great quality
