Kids are hard in ipads! Ive used FixCracked several times. Make sure you remove old adhesive and clean all residue off, otherwise you may get the ghost effect.

I watched two YouTube videos for directions. It took me two hours, but my screen looks brand new now. I like that this kit comes with a new home button, which will save you a step when installing. The only other tools I needed were a blow dryer and exacto knife. I can’t believe I was able to install this myself.

Perfect fit + somewhat easy install on wifes iPad. Included Home button makes life easier and removes one more opportunity to screw up. Working fine for a month. We shall see.

Had no issues installing. Understand the included button does not work for touch ID - but everything else went very smoothly. Only minor complaint is getting the ribbons on the lower right to stick / lineup - but thats with all of these things.

Product arrived DOA with touch screen cable not attached to glass. Sent back for replacement. Received second screen installed and within hours had dead zones and noticed partial disconnect of the cable pins to screen. Returned for refund.

I didnt realize just how easy it was to replace the screen on my IPAD 5th Generation. There is no instruction with this product so you do need to watch a YouTube video. I suggest you watch it several times as there is a couple things I missed. If you have a 5th Gen. IPAD you should use your old Home button I accidentally cut the cable to mine. The new one will work you just get a warning the first time you turn your IPAD on. I am extremely happy with this product and will definitely buy again.

Very good quality replacement. Only comment is that you need to use you old fingerprint reader, otherwise functionality will be lost. Also the stickers that come are not super strong so I also used goop glue.
