I did not have any problem.

Do not know what happened but I got the filters and I place them in and it would not work at all I don’t know if something happened to the purifier or if it is the wrong filters

These work great and I wish I could afford to replace them more often. If they were washable that would be awesome!

Heavy duty filter that gets out all of the dust and allergens in our bedroom. We use to sneeze and have the worst allergies but since we started using these with our purifier… no problem!

At first I didn’t think much about these filters until I changed them. WOW! I had no idea the air was so dirty till I took the used filter out. To see all the dirt on that filter was shocking and I changed it before the recommended time, I could hardly wait to get the new one in and get the machine back up and running to catch more. In fact I caught myself holding my breath until the new filter was in. I didn’t even realize I was doing it but when the purifier was going, I took a deep breath and it hit me that I was trying to not breathe that dirty air! LOL

What can you say about filters? I don’t know but it feels decently made I guess and it’s a little expensive but overall I’m satisfied

Ugh, it’s a filter, it filters out dust and mold and allergens……seems to do a good job. Old ones had a layer of dust

I received the order damaged and it looked used. Still need to replace filter but not satisfied with the quality of this one. Be Aware!!
