> 3 dayI really love these, but sometimes they’ll have a spot where another color of thread is woven into the white or natural towels. Probably doesn’t matter for everyday kitchen use, but I use these to embroider on for gifts, so if there’s a spot of color on a white towel in the wrong place, it can be quite noticeable. That probably only happens with one in a pack though, so not too bad. The towel quality is excellent, the heft is perfect, and these stitch up great. They’re not usually quite square after washing and drying though, so be sure to wash, dry, and try to get all the “shrinkage” out before using for sewing or embroidery. I’ve even used these to make pillow covers, when quilting cotton is too thin but decor canvas is too heavy. I’m buying extra this time to make zipper pouches out of. If you think in terms of using these as you would a fat quarter, the price is a good deal for some nice fabric that’s in between quilting cotton and decor fabric. These wash up so nicely and make very cozy pillows. I’m really very happy with these, but I do hope they pay more attention to quality control since they know so many of us use these for embroidery.

> 3 dayAwesome towels and worth the price. I purchased these both to embroider and to use as dish towels. I promise that once you use these towels you won’t want to use any other type of dish towel. They look thin, right? They are but because they’re made of tightly woven 100% cotton and very generous in size you can dry glasses, dishes, pots and pans from a large load of dishes with 1 towel. These are the towels your great grammas used time and again for all kinds of chores for years. Reason: they did the job superbly because they’re sturdy, highly absorbent and seem to last forever Dry the inside of your drinking glasses; they’ll sparkle yep, but more importantly they’ll be lint free! I hate rinsing a glass for a guest and drying it only to find I have to rinse it again because of the lint Terry cloth towels can leave behind. I won’t talk about bamboo/ synthetic blends except to say that I might as well blow on the glasses to dry them before these type of towels will. These flour sack towels are off white in color, wash up extremely well in hot water with no shrinkage. These thirsty workhorses have a nice hanging tab on the back corner too. For hand embroidery they’re fantastic. I can pull thread through easily, the fabric is superb to work with and has a nice “hand” to it. I highly recommend them. They’re worth every cent you pay.

> 3 dayNice thread count. Feel like they will be very durable over time. Laundered well; didnt shrink or distort, but I wash in cold water. I think these would be great to embroider on. Im very pleased with my purchase.

> 3 dayI am a machine embroiderer and I sell my towels, framed and hooped pieces and pillows on Etsy and at craft sales. These are absolutely the best tea towels that I have bought. They are good quality with no flaws. They are truly a white color, not the dingy white of some other towels that I have bought. I love them and will be ordering more in the next few days!! Edit: 12/28/20 I keep purchasing these towels because they are the best!! I had a customer on Etsy that only gave me a 2 star review. He said the embroidery was beautiful but the towel was too big to use to dry dishes. These towels are approximately 27 x 27. I love the size, the whiteness, the fact that they are pre-washed and rarely have a flaw in them like a lot of the cotton dish towels do!!! If you are looking for a good dish towel this is it!

> 3 dayNo matter how long we soaked our white towels they always looked filthy. Love this color . We all know absobancy isnt the strong suit in these towels but as you wash them the better they get.

> 3 dayThese are absorbent, vibrantly colored, dont bleed in the wash, have a loop on one corner for hanging on a hook, and huge. All pluses for me. I dont like how some towels seem to repel water instead of absorb it so I always lean towards sack cloth instead of terry cloth. Sometimes that means you get these small flimsy things but these XL and nice and substantial. They do, of course, wrinkle after washing as they are cotton but they are dish clothes so who cares. I love these.

> 3 dayWonderful towels, much better than I expected. I washed them three times in a row and dried them once and they are very absorbent. They are perfectly square! Great hems, no strings hanging, no seams not sewn. They wash and dry nicely. They are wrinkly when dried, get them out while warm and fold and they are beautiful. I bought 36 red towels and the dye is wonderful. I can see nothing wrong at all with these and they are just what I wanted and I am so happy they came as such a great towel. Couldnt be happier and will probably buy some more. Not often do you find things made really well and these are.
