This foot file has saved my feet! After having chronically dry, calloused feet my whole life I had tried everything. I was doubtful that a product less than $10 would work since I had spent so much on other products over the years that never worked. This really smooths and softens my feet. I use it after I shower for a few minutes and it’s amazing to see and feel the difference. One of the products I used to use was one of those giant metal foot rasps that reminds me of a cheese grater. The problem I had with it was that it was just too big. I have small feet and I couldn’t maneuver it well. The difference with this file is that it’s slender and easy to handle. Thanks, Swedish clover!

I gave it 5 star because Ive had this think for 6 years and use it nightly and it is still brand new. I use the Diamencel foot file with foot dry for the serious stuff, and then every night int he shower I use this one. It does a fantastic job of maintaining soft feet and I never use the harder grit side of it. I only recently cleaned it (based on reviews) but never had an issue with bacteria build up or any infections on my foot from it. I never even thought of cleaning it and there was not issue. Of course Im sanding a soapy foot normally, so that may be why. Very good quality product in my opinion, you always expect the grit paper to come off and this one never has!

This is easy to use and does a great job

The shape is essential. It allows you to do precision buffing of toes and hard-to-reach areas of the foot. I just used it for the first time, in the shower, and my feet look like a ten year-old’s. It only took about five minutes. Even better, no more itching from dry skin! My feet weren’t hardcore calloused, but the calloused I did have were old, and no cream or salve ever helped. I’ve tried two other foot files and they were either too harsh or ineffective. The Swedish foot file is just right.

This file was given to me at a spa and I found the exact one on Amazon. Works wonderfully.
