> 3 dayI love fluke bit this NCVT is not good. I have many false negatives with this tester. My klien dual voltage range NCVT is much better. The fluke doesnt even work with new tamper resistant outlets, which is a huge short coming. The lack of lower ranges is also a bummer. The fluke was a great tester when it first came out but there are a lot better ones now that offer more features, adjustable sensitivity, and at the same or lower price. Check out the klien dual voltage with flashlight, its much better than this fluke tester.

> 3 dayI cant afford a lot (OK, any) Fluke equipment for home, but this was affordable and it stands up to Flukes reputation for great equipment. Its easy to use, reliable and just works. Ive been very happy with it.

> 3 dayI like the tester, but sometimes the sensing distance isnt far enough. This works well when testing around multiple conductors, but there are some occasions I can not detect any voltage on a live outlet because the sensor cant get close enough.

> 3 dayThis is my favorite AC Voltage Alert. It is both audible and visual with either a light or tone or both. This was an upgrade to the newer model for me.

> 3 dayFluke is a name trusted by electricians everywhere. As a firefighter I carry one of these in my turnouts so I can tell for sure if the power is shut off to the building.
