Fluke T6-1000 PRO Electrical Tester

This meter does everything that it promised to do for me. I am very pleased with the performance and the accuracy of the meter.

I like Fluke and from personal experience they last a very long time. But this time I was terribly surprised that the included alligator clip, that is used with the non contact feature, fell apart. Spring came loose and I dont know how to fix. And these clips arent cheap. But meter is fine. So far.

The one meter that does most everything. Well made and easy to use.

All the industrial electrical suppliers were back ordered for months. Amazon shipped the tester immediately and I received it in two days. The tester comes with a button to illuminate the display so the tester is easy to read in dark locations such as in electric panels. The current reading works well but accompanying voltage reading while reading current doesnt always work. There is a metal contact on the back of the tester that one is supposed to touch as the testers ground reference but touching the metal contact will often not give a voltage reading. No problem as current is what I am interested in. I always use the testers probes to measure voltage. The tester is perfect for an industrial, trouble-calls, controls electrician.

I really like the meter a lot but the voltage sense needs some more work to make it work better.

Product is good but the box was broken items were falling out, but all the items were there
