Greater than one weekSeems to do what its supposed to and a good name. The only thing Id change is, there is one brand that has directions for dose (3drops) for each gallon of water-- Since I refill my tank using gallon containers, thats very handy-- I just treat the water before I add it to the tank. This has measurements for larger quantities.... So you have to estimate how much water youll be putting in, measure it it, then add a bit to each gallon (I have glass cats and theyre really sensitive to stuff in the water -- so I like the water treated before I put it in, and not too little and not too much!). Which just doesnt seem too accurate and is a pain. I suppose I could sit down and figure it out mathmatically, but wouldve been really nice to just have a top capable of drops when not squeezed much, and dose written on the label. But thats personal preference-- the product is good!

Greater than one weekI have used this in my large aquariums with many fish in them and it works great. I have never had an issue or negative affects on my fish from it. Price is reasonable.
