> 3 dayI bought these to add padding under my knee on my iwalk crutch. Within five minutes of having approximately 80 lbs on it the foam was completely crushed and didn’t rebound. If you intend to use it to support body weight, furniture or other heavy objects this may not work for you.

> 3 dayApplied to the surface of a metal machine table, under a metal plate. When the project was done I tried to remove the foam. Instead of peeling away the foam came off in chunks leaving a thick residue to both surfaces. Am removing now by scraping with a blade inch by inch. Ugh what a mess.

Greater than one weekFunny story! Ordered these in addition to protein bars! The box came and i assumed the foam was packing for the protein bars not realizing it was my order as they were packaged around the protein bars! Had to laugh when I realized what I had done after Amazon said it was delivered. Gone on trash day! Just had to reorder! Hope this makes someone laugh!

> 3 dayInsulation pads are small, somewhat thin, and certainly not worth the price charged. Very disappointed with this item.

> 3 dayGood foam. Easy to peel adhesive backing. Easy to cut with scissors. My only wish is if it would be stronger foam. It crushes flat after a little pressure is applied. I was hoping for a firmer product.

> 3 dayI’m laughing right now…. I tried to cut one of these down to size, and you can really gauge the quality. I paid 6.25/ea and they probably cost a whole .25/ea to make…

Greater than one weekI used these on the back of a Frigidaire known for poor insulation at the rear of the freezer. I chipped off the ice accumulated from air moisture, sanded the rust, cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol, then applied the insulation. Worked like a charm!
