Took 3 international trips and it cracked by trip 2. And after trip 3 the wheels started malfunctioning.

I purchased this luggage set. I would not recommend it. The first time I used it, it cracked at the bottom near the wheels. I have had it less than a year. It is still under warranty. I have tried numerous times to contact them regarding getting a replacement and I have not received a response.

Update: unfortunately, have to change my review. After using the biggest suitcase just 2x, it cracked horribly around the wheel leaving quite the unfortunate travel situation. Was hoping this set would be as amazing as I thought. I know airport crew are rough with luggage, but this is a known fact and should be engineered as such. Back on the hunt! I wont admit how many hours (or days.. or weeks..) I used reviewing luggage and how many stores Ive gone into.. nothing impressed me enough to buy. The set I wanted sold out at TravelPro. I was close to shelling out almost $1k for a 3 piece set. I figured this set was ok and my favorite color (burgundy) and needed quickly for a work trip. So figured Id order these until TravelPro color combo I wanted was back. Well.. these suitcases have now been on 4 or 5 work trips. No scuffs or scratches and glides like a dream. I no longer have a desire to order the other brand. This is a great set for the price. Ive been turned off at hard shell cases bc all the scuff marks but these dont scratch easily. Thank you for making a really great product for a really great price.

Bought these off of the reviews and they dont disappoint. They survived two weeks in NY and a week in Hawaii. With a family of five. Sturdy and well made. Well worth the money.

I got the black Fochier carry on suitcase and I love it! It’s the perfect size for airlines, it’s lightweight, and it has a built-in lock. The inside can be separated into two by a zipped flap so if you want to put shoes or liquids or something on one side, you can zip it closed so that dirt or soap doesn’t get on your clothes.

Could have better wheels

Ive only had to use the smallest one for a weekend trip. The wheels make smooth turns, the handle and zippers seem strong, nice true color, and it looks like I paid a lot more than what I paid.. The lock is one of the best features. I just wish it had a separate zippered compartment to put shoes in.

Love the suitcases! If only the airlines would be a little more careful!!! Perfect for trip to Hawaii! Highly suggest

Cheaply made a did not withstand 1 trip without the zipper breaking and handle breaking. Fast customer support after leaving bad review. Promised replacement. Sent pictures, and now won’t respond. Never received replacement even though they verified it was covered under a valid warranty. Don’t waste your money. I purchased 2 and now have 2 non functional, broken luggage’s with a warranty that isn’t honored.

i got the set of 3 beige suitcases and it came in really nicer than i expected. the suitcases look really well made and durable. I get compliments when i travel with them and i travel pretty often (atleast twice a month). so far ive had no issues with them and ive used them about 4 times now.
