Greater than one weekI absolutely love this little fan. And it might be little, but it does work very well! I take it everywhere with me, by the grill, in the garden, fishing, etc. etc. The battery life seems to be holding up well too. It can be table top, stand tall, and it even rotates like the full size fans. In my opinion, everyone needs one of these.

> 3 dayI love this compact fan that really puts out a breeze! It’s rechargeable so you don’t have to worry about a cord or buying new batteries. It expands so you can have it as a desktop or floor model. And it oscillates by the base rotating. There is also a remote that fits nicely inside when folded up. This fan puts out twice the breeze as our last floor model fan. It’s also very quiet. Great fan for camping or outdoor parties. The only way they could improve on it is to add a storage space for the charging cord, other than that, it is perfect!

Greater than one weekI love that this fan has a remote! It works well but the issue I have is with the base. When the fan is fully extended it can not hold the weight and falls over. It is fine if you put something heavier like a rock inside the base but I shouldnt have to do this since its advertised to be used fully extended. I like how compact it is for easy storage and the remote works well and also fits inside. I wish it worked better when it was fully extended.

> 3 dayIm so impressed by this ~fantastic little fan! This isnt my first folding fan, but it certainly is an upgrade from my other one: • Longer battery life • Remote control (and a cute nook to store the remote when the fan is folded up) • Easy-to-remove blades for cleaning • Heavier base for added stability when fully extended. The real selling point for me is how easy it is to open up the unit and remove the fan blade for cleaning. I have a long haired pomeranian, so every fan we own eventually needs some serious de-linting after a couple of months. This fan comes apart so easily and with no additional tools. The fact that you can take the fan blade out means you dont have to struggle to clean the back grate, where dust usually gathers. If I were to nitpick, Id point out these details which not mentioned in listing: • The timer options are 1, 2, 3 and 4 hours. If a sleep / overnight timer were an important feature for you, do take note. There is no 6, 8 or 12 hour options. • The only way to set the timer is via the remote. There is not way to do it with the on-board buttons. • The fan works while charging and can be left plugged in. • The LEDs are not super intuitive, see the photo in my review for a guide on how to read them. • The LEDs are kind of dim, even photographing them was a little hard. It is best to view them top-down. • The touch buttons are also not super intuitive and the embossed symbols are difficult to read — the button on the right with the bulb logo turns oscillation on/off, but you can also long press to turn the LED ring light on/off. All in all, the shortcomings are minor for how I plan to use it, and outweighed by the features, so consider me a ~fan~ of this thoughtfully designed little unit.

Greater than one weekThis little portable convenient fan is everything for me. It comes with a remote control. It has the option to spin or not spin. It also has three different power levels. There is a really great breeze on each level. As long as you charge this fan up for at least eight hours you will have a full 35 hour charge without having to recharge this fan, which makes it really convenient and it’s also really lightweight. But it does come already charged. But I would not recommend using it until you have a full charge to get the most benefits of it. Its not too heavy to carry and move around. This is a really good fan to have at the barbecues. Oh yeah and it also can adjust to different height levels. I definitely recommend this product.

> 3 dayThis item challenged my preconception that quality could only be found in all-metal fans. The lightweight but surprisingly substantial feel of the Koonie jumps right out of the box, and I couldnt be more pleased with its incredibly powerful but gentle, refreshing breeze for such tiny blades and quiet operation. Nothing rickety here. It unfolds intuitively, telescopes smoothly, locks into place securely at seven different height and full-range tilt options, oscillates a full 90 degrees, and communicates well with the remote. I cant speak to total battery life, but Ive been running it six hours on a single charge. The blades are well protected, with no opening large enough for a little finger or cats paw to breach. There is no apparent disassembly mechanism to tempt a child, but the face can be removed by simply turning it counterclockwise — no need to loosen (and possibly lose) screws to clean the blades. The only disappointment is in the glaring white LED light, much too bright for my eyes. Compact enough to fit unobtrusively into any nook, and portable enough to go wherever I go, it will no doubt be my constant companion through the summer. A carrying handle would be a nice improvement, but its easy enough to get a one-hand grip around the folded case.

> 3 dayThis is a great little fan that takes very little space when collapsed. Any item around the house thats only used occasionally needs to be small and easily stored, this definitely fits the bill since it takes very little space when collapsed. It runs off a 40 Wh battery, so it lasts reasonably long. The included remote control fits in a pocket in the base, so it is much easier to keep track of. In all, this is battery powered, so it will never provide the airflow of a mains-connected fan, but since it lets you place it exactly where it is needed with no concerns for wiring it actually works a lot better than I expected.

> 3 dayHi, this review is of the Koonie Foldaway Fan, 8 Inch Foldable Stand/Desk Fan up to 30 Hours Night Light Remote Control Battery or USB Powered Cordless Height Adjustable Super Quiet Fan for Home, Camping, Travel, Black (8 Inch, Black)Koonie Foldaway Fan, 8 Inch Foldable Stand/Desk Fan up to 30 Hours Night Light Remote Control Battery or USB Powered Cordless Height Adjustable Super Quiet Fan for Home, Camping, Travel, Black (8 Inch, Black). I love this little fan! I ordered it for camping and then decided to use it daily. Currently, were in the time of year when it gets very hot during the day and our bedroom is still hot at bedtime. I have had a dedicated fan in the window to blow the cool air in. I need a fan on me to be cool enough to sleep. Then about 4am, the fan is a bit much and I need to turn it off. I get a little too chilly. Since the Koonie has a remote, I dont even have to get out of bed. I had to put the old fan on a stand so that it would be high enough to reach the window. Since the Koonie fan extends, I dont have to have the ugly stand on the floor. And I dont have to deal with accidentally kicking the stand in the middle of the night after using the bathroom. Ouch! For now, I definitely give this fan 5 stars. Ill come back and update this post if it ever fails.

> 3 dayFirst off, this fan is bigger and heavier than I expected. Which is good. It is very cleverly designed. When you take it out of the box, it looks like a stack of dinner plates with a fan blade halfway down. Take it out of the box, find the finger hold and pull it open. It unfolds, the fan part swiveling up while the stand swivels up away from the base. Now you can gently extend the telescoping stand / shaft to around 42 inches in height. To lock the stand upright so it doesnt fall back down, twist the base of the shaft clockwise, which locks it into place. Youll find the remote control tucked into the base, next to power buttons, one for the fan, the other one for oscillating the fan, or long press it for the night light. Yep, it oscillates... Right at the bottom of the base. Turn the fan on. This puts out a lot of air for a battery operated fan, though not to surprising for its size. It recharges with the included USB C cable, youll have to use your own wall charger, it doesnt come with one. Something of note, if youre looking for a charging indicator, it is close to where the remote control sits, and its not very bright. Took me awhile to find it. And yes, it can run while charging, according too the instruction manual, which itself is adequate, better than many Ive read. It has silicone feet under the base to keep it from sliding around. And you can adjust the height of the stand where you want to. Really clever, thoughtful design. This thing is like one of those fans on a stand one finds at a big box store, but so much better, because it runs on its own rechargable batteries, and it folds down into a portable circle about the size of 4 dinner plates stacked stop each other. My very favorite battery operated fan ever ! Its going to spend its time in the living room except for camping days, then its coming with us in the motorhome. This is plastic, so open, close, fold and unfold it with some care. It feels like it will hold together well, but Id treat it with care. A++
