Folkmanis Funny Frog Hand Puppet

7/3/2021 update: This guy is awesome. A year later and hes brought out almost every time we see/tall about frogs (so like all the time!) and during our math lessons specifically for some reason I cant even remember, but hey, it works! Older and younger kids all love this guy who have met him, and Im looking forward to using him during our upcoming Frog and Toad LA lessons! If youre on the fence, get this guy! His fat little back is also perfectly adorable and squeezeable ❤️ Purchased this to go with a lifecycle unit study for 2 preschoolers I homeschool, and fun in general because we love puppets and I can see this getting a lot of love. I love Folkmanis puppets in general and everyone we meet is always impressed with the various ones we have, this one definitely lives up to their high quality and durability. The only disappointment in this was size - much smaller than expected for price/compared to other reviewer photos. I have very large adult hands though, and can easily use this puppet. I know my almost five year old son and his friend will be able to use this easily too, so bonus points! Hes cute enough Im thinking hell be our school mascot for the year!

The grandkids LOVE this puppet! It looks so life like, and moving the hands and mouth all works very easily! We had to keep buying more of these puppets because the grandkids needed to take them home!

This frog puppet is even cuter in person. Very easy to put in very expressive poses. Used him as a humorous prop in a lesson about frogs and he was a hit with everyone. I have several Folkmanis puppets, and this one is of the same quality.

Nice little puppet. It is very small so an adult hand will be pretty uncomfortable. However frogs are in life small so it makes sense.

I bought this for my grand niece, and I bought a larger frog for me. We love playing together with it.

LOVE LOVE this puppet. I gave it to my almost 2yr old for christmas and he is crazy about it. He runs around looking for froggie and froggie helps him get ready for bed and do all the stuff he tends to not want to do. It is on the small side but that is perfect for me as Im a relatively small female and my hand fits just right. I love how I can control the arms and mouth at once. Its very high quality. Now Im looking into the other puppets from this seller to add some friends for froggie.

Looks better than I expected! It is a surprisingly expressive puppet. Probably not comfortable for most adult male hands. Not much space in this one.

I bought this puppet for my 1-year-old niece. She really adores it. When she sees the frog her entire face lights up, she gives it hug, and pats it on the head. The arms move really well, the eyes are big and shiny, and the mouth can open and close easily to give kisses or eat snacks. All of these features are essential for a good puppet, and help to make it more life-like and fun. I also have the hedgehog puppet from Folkmanis, but it’s a bit stiffer and doesn’t move as freely as the frog. For that reason, the frog is definitely the household favorite and one I would recommend to anyone looking to entertain or interact positively with children.

Great puppets! They are easy to use and in perfect condition! The kids loved them and they made the lesson so much more fun and engaging!
