Folkmanis Turtleneck Turtle Hand Puppet

> 3 dayI got this for my son and he can’t move the hands. He is younger and it is a hand puppet but it is not stopping him from moving the mouth and head. It is a blast for him to dabble in ventriloquism with.

> 3 dayI bought this puppet and a few others for my two daughters ages 4 & 2 for Christmas. I have to say that this is their favorite. It is very well built and they love it. They have even taken it to school to show their friends and all the kids wanted to play with it. Great toy!

> 3 dayThe actual item looks much darker and smaller than the photo. Also, the shell seems plastic in the photo but is actually a padded, leatherlike fabric. This is actually a good thing because its nice and cuddly. Even the size is better for being small. (Think of a small catchers mitt with a head, legs, arms and tail.) You can either control the head or the forearms but not both at once. When controlling the head you can pull it into the shell, if you hold the back of the shell with the other hand, which is cute. The wizened eyes and expression on mine have a definite Kermit the Frog vibe to me. Different but delightful and will make a great addition to my Sunday School lessons for children.
