Overall sizes for Frontier are 18x14x8 including wheels and straps. And a suitcase 18x14x8 has to be jammed into the bin and some agents (who get paid a bonus if they make you pay for your carry on) will make you drop it in. If it doesnt go down on its own you pay. Be safe and get a bag one inch less in all dimensions.

Perfect for traveling when you feel like you may shop on the trip. I worry that the zipper will break with strain but any loop could easily replace it! Extra baggage fees are expensive. This will pay for itself if you avoid those fees just once.

I used this bag over the weekend on a Frontier flight for my free personal item, and I did not have any trouble. It meets the measurements of the free personal item to the tee and fits perfectly under the seat. Make sure to not overstuff the bag and to leave some room at the top as the bag widens when carried. Also, the strap on the bag doesnt adjust very long so the bag is a little uncomfortable when carried with the strap on your shoulder.

Very spacious. I love the bright color so its easy to see. I had no problem fitting it under the seat on a United Airlines flight. It has little structure so it can hold a lot but also fit the guidelines for most airlines personal item. I recieved this as a gift so its not a verified review. I will be buying one for each family member.
