The hat was fine and very good quality and I would have put a five, however for false advertising I was going to put it as a two, I dont think Bangladesh is someplace in the USA, than I thought at least its not made in China so I gave it a three.

I am so bummed! I love the look of the cap, but it was way too big for me. (It covered the top of my ears.) I had to give it to my husband; fits him perfectly.

Very cute hat but is smashed down and it little to big after tightening it have to try to reshape it and make it smaller
