Greater than one weekI had high hopes that this would work better than the DoTerra Deep Blue but was quickly disappointed. This only works when it is massaged in very well, and sometimes parts of your body hurt that are harder to reach and hence this cannot be rubbed in very well. Go for the Deep Blue if you need something natural that works better than IcyHot!
