Greater than one weekI don’t have big paws by any means but the mediums I got are a bit snug. I’d recommend sizing up if there’s any question. Touchscreen finger tips seem to be super responsive to my phone and glad they have it on both index and middle finger areas so you have options should you get some wear or dirt. Soft velcro wrist fasteners are a plus. Minimal padding in palm and thumb area. Some knuckle (fox lettering) and upper finger protection but again minimal. Update: after a month of riding MTB, the gloves are slowing losing its stitching on two of the fingers and getting worse. At this rate, I’ll need new gloves soon. Will be looking at other brands. I suggest passing on these.

> 3 dayI typically wear size Large gloves with snug fit, or XL for a roomy fit. With these gloves the XL barely fit on my hand, especially the wrist. Way too tight. Returned and ordered the XXL and they fit great. Good quality glove, lots of padding, great for mountain biking and saving your hands during a crash or reducing numbness and hand fatigue.
