Actually bought this so that I could paint it all silver for my 5 year old sons knight costume. Fit well, looked great (once I painted it :)

i was surprised to see how short the front of the unit covered. i noticed that the back covered excellently but overall it protects much more than having nothing. in its defense my sun is 6 years old and tall for his size. good construction.
