> 24 hourI thought these were going to be a little more padded. The pointed edge hurts when trying to remove eye make up mistakes. Im disappointed. I would NOT recommend!

> 24 hourI use these to remove flecks or smears when applying mascara. They are also useful to apply eye shadow. They work so much better than regular cotton swabs. I use one every day.

> 24 hourBought these and some more compostables ones at the same time, since my local grocery stores have all been out for months. These are definitely the highest-quality ones I’ve used. The tip is nicely pointed, and stays decently firm even when wet. The flat rounded end also keeps shape/firmness when wet. Some brands lose the “point” you need for detail work once wet, or the cotton seems to unravel or come apart, but these do not have that problem. I use these for crafts, as well as for cosmetics—they’re especially great for cleaning up manicures (I’ve used with acetone when doing gel polish, and have gotten some color on my cuticles), and for refining lines when using ‘stays darn near forever’ liquid lipsticks (the kind that generally don’t budge unless you use oil-based or proprietary removers)—I dab the tip into the remover and am able to perfect any little bit of lip color that’s outside where I need it to be. If you really need your cotton swab to keep its “precision” tip, especially if using water, oil, solvents, or any other liquid on the cotton, this is absolutely the one I’d recommend

> 24 hourI love these cotton swabs - they are teardrop shaped on one end & pointed on the other. The hard case they come in keeps them neat - the lid doesnt stay closed so plan to use a rubberband if they arent staying in a drawer. I use them when I color with soft Pastels. They help get into the tight spots on a coloring page. Ive also used them with Gamsol solution on colored pencils - the solution breaks down the wax of pencils so you can create a smoother look to your pencil coloring. So I dip the pointed tip of the cotton swap into the solution & smooth over my coloring. This does create moisture so be sure to protect surfaces & any pages remaining in book. These also work nicely for ppl who color with makeup. Will be buying again & would recommend for craft use - I havent used any other way.

> 24 hourThese cotton tips are a great hygiene option instead of my brushes all the time. I use them for eyeliner and Im not putting germs in my eyes the next day with a used liner brush!
