Gorgeous, absolutely pulled my look together in my eclectic 1930s Spanish house. I think the contrast between the white walls and the dark wood is elegant, and these dark switch covers with the coppery colored accents are perfect in my home. Like most Spanish style homes, there are a lot of rustic touches here. These are dark and still elegant. They look better with white switches. Dark colored switches just disappear. The contrast is more appealing. I took a picture with a switch that has both, so you can see how the white one shows up but the dark one doesnt. The cons... They are ever so slightly bigger than standard switch plates, so we had a couple of places where they dont fit. Im still deciding what to do in those places. Maybe cut them down? Use black plastic ones that can be easily resized? I dont know, and that isnt likely to be an issue in a newer home that is more normal than mine is. Im not sure they are metal. The magnet doesnt stick to them. That doesnt matter to me, but it might to you. The matching bronze screws are much longer than the ones we had installed. Im a beginner, and did these all myself. I dont know why they need to be that long. The plate cover does sit a bit away from the wall, but the screws are still long when you take that into account. To get these covers to sit flat on the switch plate means the screws have to go deep into the little box. Synopsis: I LOVE THEM!

These are beautiful and sturdy but please make sure to check the screw placement before purchase. These had a screw in the middle where my home had two screws on top and bottom. I was unable to return these but it’s my own fault for not checking before purchase. Otherwise these are a beautiful cover and I would definitely recommend.
