While it looks good it cracked in the process of being applied.

Broken

These are great. I’m slowly replacing all the plate covers in my house. They look nice and are very easy to install. Do not over tighten the screw or they will crack but this is true of many plate covers. Wish they did a blank also.

Awesome with wainscoting

Chose these to replace flimsy contractor plates. Pleased with the rigid product, but about a 1/3 were warped and cannot be corrected to sit flush. These are painted plastic and chip easily. Some already had nicks upon delivery. Crossing fingers on exchange.

They look nice. My only issue was one had a paint chip, it was still in its package too. I put it down the hall where people wont really notice...

Disappointed that a company named “Franklin Brass” sells plates made of plastic. Unless I missed it, there is no indication in the description of the plate’s material. I have purchased other excellent Franklin Brass products that were at least made of metal, if not brass. This plastic product, however, fails to meet expectations.

They were exactly what I was looking for! Even better they are sturdier than wood or plastic! Love them!!

Nice upgrade from your simple wall plate. Fits well and is well made, sturdy.

If using on a dimmer, use original screws. The included screws are too long and will burn out your switch.
