Great wheels and fun design, but the exterior scuffs easily. Had black marks after its first flight in cargo.

As you can see in the pictures. The teeth of the zipper are pulling out of the cloth. You can no longer zipper the case. I have emailed the manufacturer. No response yet. Too much to pay to use twice! Will up date when/if a get a response for manufacturer.

Purchased for my daughter when she moved to the UK. She says they held up great and she loves the color and durability

First trip and the zippers on the inside broke…two of four total! Essentially makes the left side useless. Super disappointed and just 10 days outside of the return date…very unhappy!

This suitcase arrived damaged, which goes to show how poor the quality is if it can’t even survive shipping surrounded by a box and styrofoam. It just feels cheap too.

Can’t open!!!

I took this suitcase abroad with me for a 2 week trip to Turkey! I was able to fit 7 pairs of pants, 4 joggers, 2 sets of pajamas, 1 sweatshirt, 3 beanies, and 2 sweaters inside the carry-on. It fit the size requirements on my United airlines and my Turkish airlines flights. I also rode Lufthansa once and it was okay. I enjoyed the tsa lock on the side of the bag. I bought this suitcase in like new condition so the lock was already set before it got to me. So, I had to spend the first 15 minutes trying several combinations until I found the correct one to unlock it. That was frustrating but that is the risk you take from buying second hand! Overall, I loved the suitcase. I used a pvc cover to protect it from scratches. The bag went through the carousel once and the pvc protected it from the scratches. I recommend the carry on size but Im not too sure about the bigger sizes.

I love the wheels, but this luggage is kind of small. I was planning to pack this for a 7 day trip but I could not fit 7 sweaters, 5 leggings, and two pairs of genes and under garnets without having to switch my luggage. Other than that, this luggage feels very premium for the price. I love it, and will be using for shorter trips.
