> 24 hourDid a much better job than the 1.8 that came with spray gun. Spay droplet size makes a hugh difference with oil based paint.

> 24 hourIf you intend on running water-borne paint, acrylic, and/or heavier water-borne finishes through your Fuji do yourself a big favor and order this. It makes a DRAMATIC difference in getting the perfect wet coat with no orange peel or overspray. I rarely use the tip that came with the Fuji Semi-Pro2 anymore (in fact, IMO Fuji should use the #4 tip as the standard given the needs of most DIYers). Installation is a snap, if you own a wrench you will have it in your HVLP in about 3 minutes. It is a high-quality item, you can tell it was manufactured to precise tolerances. My review on the Fuji Semi-Pro 2 has more info if anyone is interested in that system. So far Ive sprayed the following products through this with professional results: 1. Zinnser 1-2-3 (and about 4 other Zinnser primers, I get them confused); 2. Benjamin Moore Impervo (the old oil-based kind); 3. Benjamin Moore Regal (flat up to semi-gloss); 4. Behr exterior primer plus paint (flat) (BTW this is a nice paint for paint-grade wood projects); 5. Water-borne stains and polyurethane. The days of me hand painting furniture and trim are over.

> 24 hourFuji might do little margin on the spray gun, but it does extra high margin on the Aircap Sets.
