The description says 100% cotton, it is made of 100% polyester instead, which is a lot cheaper. Other than that it is your run of the mill polyester cape made in China.

Purchased this for a Halloween costume party and it is a nice heavy duty cape. I am 140 lbs 5’9” and it reaches my calf’s. My friend is 5-3” and it reaches her ankle. I think they will be fine for the party. Shipping was quick
