Its is one of the best built plastic wheels out of of the 6 jacks I own.

Easy install and durable

The bolt, nut and sleeve did not come with the tire. Go figure. Plus there was no way to contact the shipper and have them amend the error. If they read this and wish to send them to me I will chang my rating. State tuned.
