There is a place in the book for people to put their address and email but very few people did that.

The book, pen and table sign were wonderful. It provides area to leave email address and memory of deceased which is nice when reviewing. We only had an issue when mourners left out their mailing address as book is not the format as most funeral homes are.

Cheap pen doesn’t work.

Headings for name, address, email and thoughts. Very good quality and came with a fancy pen.

Really liked this product

The book was great but the pen stand arrived broken so there was no way to stand the pen in it. We needed the book for our daughters funeral and didnt have time to try to get a replacement or resolve the issue so it was disappointing.

Great product for price

This set made a lovely presentation! The book is nicely made and conveniently formatted, with enough room for a brief sentiment to be shared. The pen with stand was solid - no tipping - and attractive. The sign was a nice addition and a helped direct attendees during a solemn time. I hope we never have need for another, but I’m glad we had this set!
