> 3 dayIf you’re buying this to protect your children, buy something else. Before installing, I decided to test the cables. I’m not a strong person by any means. I was able to snap these cables with my hands. Not just one or two of them. I broke every single one with barely any effort. There’s absolutely no way these can hold the weight that they claim. These are dangerous.

> 3 dayI used this to anchor my 9 cube organizer to the wall so my toddler wouldn’t pull it over. It works very well. I don’t think I could pull it over if I tried.

> 3 dayOverall not bad, but double check everything. Some of the cable crimping is bad, so definitely test pull each wire before installing. I had 2 fail on me. Use your own screws and your own drywall anchors if not installing into a stud. I had one of those just pull out of the wall as well. The screws are what Ive come to expect as cheap Chinese garbage that strips the head with the slightest amount of torque. But the brackets and properly crimped cables seem to work great.

Greater than one weekI have this for a tall wire cube rack that isn’t Wells balance and this secured it to the wall nice and tight so there is no wiggling of the shelf

> 3 dayEverything you need is included, dry wall anchors, appropriate lengths of screws for furniture and wall, etc. As easy to install as possible (let’s face it, it’s not fun to anchor furniture). Each set holds up to 200lbs…I used two for each bookshelf just to be over the top extra safe. Ordering more for dressers.

Greater than one weekIncredibly easy to install and keeps the furniture secured. This kit came with everything I needed to secure two tall IKEA bookcases in my child’s room, including drywall anchors. I like that the brackets are white so they match the wall and bookcase colors, but you really can’t see it anyway as it’s hidden by the shelf. The cable was easy to loop through the bracket twice to keep it tight and close to the wall. Very happy with these anchors!

> 3 dayI have had these holding a fireplace screen so my son will not touch or fall on the hot glass from our gas fireplace. Works well for that because it can be easily removed to have the fireplace serviced. Better than the zip tie I also tried. DO NOT USE TO ANCHOR FURNITURE! Before using these on furniture, I looked again at the listing for institucions and saw a video review saying they easily break. I tied one up and with a firm pull it broke apart. Im glad I found this out before installing on a bookshelf in my sons room. If I can easily break one, they certainly cannot hold the weight of a bookshelf!

> 3 dayI live in California so have items like bookshelves tied down for earthquakes. I also have a toddler that loves to climb. This lock does not need you to be 100% correct on location of both pieces so anyone can install it. It is very easy to undo as well.
