I went through two other types of wall anchors before I finally found these. They are made of metal and not the cheap plastic like many others. The plastic versions will degrade and break over time. My previous ones only lasted a few months and some shorter if there was stress out on them. The ring that secures your furniture to the wall on this product are made of a braided steel for added security. If you’re looking at this, you likely have a toddler in the house, and the last thing you want to worry about is a piece of furniture falling on them and injuring themselves.

I lightly tugged on the metal ring with two fingers and it immediately snapped. It appeared that the wire was crimped onto the threads for the screw rather than being truly attached. Im very glad I tested before I trusted it. Not so glad I spent money on it.

Am so happy with this purchase! I used them to secure metal shelving units to the wall of my cargo trailer (make them tip-proof). So far so good on the secure part. The moment of truth will be when I need to transport the trailer. They were super easy to install and there were enough in the package for 5 units - top and bottom, left and right. I finished securing them with metal zip ties as there were only 10 cables.

Exactly what I needed for peace of mind with a toddler.. she’s into everything and with these I don’t have to worry about anything tipping over or hurting her anymore!! So much sturdier than those flimsy plastic ones other brands sell. These are perfect and super strong! Instructions are very easy to follow and installation is quick and easy as well. Def recommend these if you’re on the hunt to baby proof your furniture.

These anchors arrived in a neat little box and worked well as advertised. They seem sturdy and were easy to install on the furniture and wall.

After installing per the instructions, I gave our bookcase a moderate pull to test it. The clasp that connects both ends of the wire immediately popped off the wire and the bookcase fell forward. Seriously scary as a parent to see the first one fail that easily. Considering the number of positive reviews, I thought I may have gotten a bad part and proceeded to try again with another wire. The same thing happened!!!! This time instead of the clasp coming off the wire, the part that screws on pulled clean out of the screw threads. No way I’m leaving my daughter’s safety up to this product. 2/2 failures is too scary. Returning and looking for another solution with stronger parts.

Fell off after we installed. Should have try before so I could have returned. Please do not buy. Very unsafe. Im glad we realized it didnt woke before we left baby alone in the room

Not sure if I got a defective package but when I tug firmly on the metal wire when it is screwed together it just comes undone. I have not noticed until now but certainly not safe.
