> 3 dayDo not buy these. I tested the strength of the cord with my hands before instillation and I was able to break them by hand by just pulling the cord in it’s locked position. I don’t know if this is normal or a manufacturer error but it isn’t something im willing to risk with my children.

> 3 dayI like the concept of these furniture anchors. The idea that you can mount furniture safely and still be able to move it if needed was what sold me. However when I was finished installing these on a piece of furniture in my toddlers room, I decided to “test” it by giving the the dresser a light tug against the anchor and the chain that was provided for these anchors snapped like a twig, not the braided part, but the part that screws the two ends of the chain together. Needless to say that made me a bit nervous and we ended up using zip ties in addition to the chains provided. Just an fyi to check the chain strength. If I hadn’t had tested them, it could have ended badly.

> 3 dayI got this specifically for the white furniture in my 14 month olds room. I hate the drywall inserts, so I opt to use decking screws and go directly into studs. Pre drill the holes into your furniture and then fasten the anchor with the provided screw to avoid splitting.
